E-filing of Charter Notices is limited to the Calgary Criminal, Calgary Regional, and Edmonton Criminal divisions of the provincial court.

E-filing for a Notice of Application for Publication Ban is available for the Criminal and Family & Youth divisions of the Provincial Court throughout Alberta.

The Traffic Court does not permit documents to be filed electronically.

The Provincial Court of Alberta does not generally permit documents to be filed electronically. E-filing is limited to Notices of Charter Application in criminal matters and Notices of Application for Publication Ban in criminal, family, and youth matters.
