or the Family Submissions Online Portal.
Family court documents relating to a simple or joint divorce may continue to be filed electronically by using the Ministry’s Family Claims Online Portal in accordance with the Family Law Rules.
If CaseLines is not yet available in the region, counsel and parties are asked to upload copies of orders and endorsements via Family Submissions Online so that they can be accessed for upcoming events.
Documents can still be filed by email in the following circumstances:
