The Court of Appeal launched public portal of its e-­filing system called CAMS (Court of Appeal Management System) on August 31, 2020. E-filing is mandatory as of March 1, 2021; however, a person may apply to the case management officer to be exempt from the requirement to file documents electronically by completing Form A attached as Schedule 1 to the Practice Direction.
